Mandy came in as a stray with a chip; her family said they were coming, but they didn't. Mandy was so sad when we first met her; her eyes tell the story. But despite her concerns, Mandy has always remained sweet; as time goes by her fun side is starting to come out. We are happy to see she can move on. We'd love to see her move on with a new, loving family who never leaves her behind.
