Roscoe

Roscoe was scheduled to be euthanized before his adopter spotted a photo of him on the internet.

Roscoe is 11 years old. I adopted him when he was 2 1/2. I adopted Roscoe after I saw his pic on the internet. He was scheduled to be euthanized at a shelter down south because his family didn't want him anymore.

There was just something about him.

I reached out about him, and a local woman who rescues all types of animals, said she would foster him, so she could have him vaccinated, and neutered. She said he was dog friendly and a sweet boy.

I met this kind woman half way and adopted Roscoe sight unseen! The rest is history.

Roscoe loves his therapy work. He is a Pet Partners certified therapy dog. He has been for about 7 years . He is also a Certified Crisis Response dog. In his spare time he loves cuddling up on the couch, car rides, walks at the forest preserve, and treats!
