Blitz stole our hearts the moment we saw how absolutely frozen petrified he was. He has wounds all over his body, most likely bites from other dogs. His tail is wrapped under him, he flinches at overhead movements, shrinks with noise or if a person walks by. He is traumatized, but he took treats and slowly walked toward me the second time I spent time with him.
